Certification department
It is a certification section which conducts conformity assessment procedure (certification) in accredited area in a responsible and impartial manner, according to the requirements of the standard
HRN EN ISO / IEC 17065, and applying Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and Personal Protective Equipment Council.
The certification department makes the following available information on request:
– information about certification schemes and conformity assessment procedures (product certification)
– rules for the approval, maintenance, extension or reduction of the certification scope
– suspension, withdrawal or rejection of conformity assessment procedures (certification)
– the method of financing the conformity assessment body
– information on the price charged to applicants
– description of the rights and duties of the applicant (request and agreement for the conformity assessment procedure, the right to refer to the name/number of the conformity assessment body and the use of the certification mark)
– the procedure for managing complaints and appeals
